Refund policy

At IVY FLORAL STUDIO we use the freshest flowers and take extra care during delivery to make sure your arrangement/bouquet arrives intact. Make sure to contact us at hello@ivyfloralstudio.com (including photos) within 24 hours of your delivery to report any quality concerns. We don't offer refunds for fresh florals. If your claim is approved by our team, we will exchange the damaged product for a new one.
